One to one mentorship

Working alongside people who want to learn how to design

I have worked in design for many years and led several multidisciplinary teams . I have seen what it really takes to grow in this craft, and I enjoy passing it on to people who are starting out or changing direction. It is not a course: it is a path for two, built around your goal .

Who it is for

For people interested in UX and UI who want to do it seriously. It can be someone just starting, someone changing careers, or someone with experience who wants an honest second opinion. No prior skills are needed.

What we can do

We start from the goal we set at the first meeting. A few examples:

You have a side project and don’t know how to build it. I work alongside you as if I were your project lead: we build the product step by step and, as we work, you learn the techniques and methods of the craft, from design thinking to research and user interviews. The aim is a product ready to go live.

You want feedback on your CV and portfolio. We review them together, including an ATS compatible version, to make them clearer.

You want to understand how to present yourself. We work on your image and your positioning on LinkedIn.

You can choose one path or combine more than one.

How we work

Little theory and a lot of practice, on real projects. I use AI when it helps, but the critical and creative thinking stays yours, along with the needs and problems of the people who will use what you build. My way of designing puts ethical and sustainable design at the center.

How to start

Write me a couple of lines about what you have in mind. We talk to get to know each other and see if it makes sense to work together. If it isn’t the right path for you, I’ll tell you. If it is, we build the plan and define format, timing and costs together.
